Discography

A number of LP disks were made starting in the 1970s but gave way during the 1980s to CDs as they became the new standard. Most of the earlier LPs are no longer available. Some have been converted to CDs while others have been supplanted by newer performances on CDs. A few represent the only existing audio of particular works.
